Hello, my name is Noah “Blind Tilt” Hitsman and I am the head coach for Imperial Titans, . We are currently looking for support staff, subs, and starting players. We are a very serious ranked team whose goal is to reach Challenger and the Challenger Series by next year. We are involved in the ICS, a LCS format tourney taking place this year. We need people who live, breath, and eat League of Legends. If you are interested in being a part of this team or our staff then find your application below and fill it out! Analyst Looking for a suitable, serious, and intelligent game analyst. Your job will be to go over the team's games and talk to the players, during and after you spectate the games. Must be able to stream the games for the team to watch as you go over them. Needs to be able to:

  • Have a good understanding of the competitive meta.
  • Work with the coach in developing new, efficient strategies.
  • Have a reasonably open schedule.
  • Work with Google Docs.
  • Work well with people in a team setting.

Personal Coach Your job is to deal with any personality and tilt problems. You will be responsible for the players mental states during and out of the game, making sure no one has a problem with anyone else and that no one is tilting for a fixable reason. Needs to be able to:

  • Be a professional figure for the players.
  • Be willing to deal with all types of problems as soon as they occur.
  • Be able to detect elephants in the room.
  • Deal with personality conflicts effectively.
  • Be muted in coms during games.

Players You are what the team revolves around. There will be benching of players for any deviation of their responsibilities. Needs to be able to:

  • Be willing to learn a large champion pool for their role.
  • Respect other players on the team.
  • Be willing to play your minimum number of solo/duo que games each day.
  • Must make practice times unless there is a suitable reason, but must make most practices.
  • Must duo que with team mates.
  • Listen and be open to coaches criticism.
  • Be willing to fix any personal issues on the team.

In Game Name: Etyrnal Role: Mid Lane Rank: Silver 4 Schedule: Mostly late night, Pacific Standard Timezone. Very open schedule though. Strengths: Communication, Judgement, Positioning, Excellent Champion Pool. Weaknesses: Vision & Warding in Laning phase. 'Roaming' in lane phase. Playing League for 7 Months now.

Strengths: Map awareness, warding, follows calls well, adaptive. Weaknesses: I'm a quiet person especially if I don't know the person well. I may be too aggressive/passive at times.

In Game Name: Elusiven Role: Top/Mid Rank: Gold V Schedule: PST, free all day Strengths: I've played in a few ranked 5s including gaming communities and friends, with that said i have experience. I'm willing to to listen, learn and synergize with the team as we play more and more. Weaknesses: When playing with a team using voice chat people sometimes say i'm quiet so i'm usually never chosen as the shotcaller for the team. In solo q i'm a bit toxic and have a really aggressive playstyle but in teamplay with voicechat i perform a lot smarter and better than i normally do.

Seems like we have a full team along with an adc sub. I can play for more than 2 teams but with different time schedules of course.
