Sliver 4 lookin for support to duo

I have had a hard set of bad gggames since my silver 3 promos and havent been able to go past 20 lp in silver 4. My last support went a whole 30 minute game without using flash or exhaust so im looking for someone to play with. I adc alot of lucian, some draven and varus.
