Gold 3 Support Looking for DuoQ Partner to Push for Plat

Hello! I am currently Gold 3 and am trying to push for Plat all weekend. I am hoping it will be faster to climb with a duo, but I prefer players to be Gold 3 + elo. It is not required to be an adc player, just to be someone consistent.
