Need More Players With 3s Team

I'm currently looking for 2 other players for 3s ranked, the team is already ranked in Silver 1 with 0 points. The goal of this post is to find 2 other players that will want to play ranked and try to get the team to gold. I'm already in gold ( with solo/ duo ) but the main reason I'm trying to do this is because I want to get a friend to gold that yet to achieve it. If you are interested please send me an add on League. Also if we do achieve this goal your spot on the team will be permanent... unless you leave the team... ( only reason I'm stating this is because I know a few players that something like this happened to them ). Thank you for reading the post.
