Bronze 1 adc LF serious team

Lets just start with a little about me. I'm a bronze 1 adc who mains but can also play pretty well (i also have curse,discord and team speak). I'm looking for a team that wants to get out of bronze and climb the ranked ladder, or a team that wants to play in tournaments and make it into lcs ;). i'm usually on off and on from 11-11 ct during the week and weekends are usually when i'm not on so much (work,relax,etc).
