Dynamic queue anyone?

Hey guys I've been having a lot of trouble climbing this season. There is the usual excuse of "oh my teammates suck" but I also haven't been playing amazing myself. I want to improve and climb with some others that have the same mindset. I am currently silver 4 but I peaked Gold 2 over preseason. I play mid/jg/adc so if anyone is like silver-gold elo and wants to play ill be recruiting 4 others so we can get a dynamic queue team running. Leave your:
