Recruiting (Bronze - Gold) players for serious ranked team.

Creating a fairly well drafted team that knows what they're doing in their respective lanes. No one needs to (but is nice to) be able to do other jobs than what you're drafted for. Try outs will be arranged as we get more applicants.

We will be using Curse Voice so please have this installed for tryouts.

Simple things I'm looking for:

Ability to give and take positive criticism

Ability to analyze a game without a bias. If you do poorly, look at it, own it, learn from it, move on.

Don't get stuck in the past. If we lose a game, if we get crushed, whatever happened, happened. Learn from it and move on. Take each game as they come and leave the previous game where it belongs, in the match history.

-Don't trash other teamates. If we're trolling and we all know each other well enough and it's in good fun, messing around and such is welcome. Maybe a little poking fun at a mistake or whatever is fine. But no matter if a mistake is game changing, or hardly has an effect on a game. Don't destroy some person just because it happened. There will always be mistakes that every player makes, (Including you) that could have been avoided.

-Looking to improve as a team. This kinda goes back to the first two things I'm looking for, but it's just kind of as a whole. We grow as a team by getting closer, having fun, improving our gameplay, helping each other learn new things, techniques, and so on.

-Practice at least twice a week. We'll figure a schedule and work around for everyone to be able to make it. If you miss some that's totally fine. There might be times where we can't make it, that's totally fine. Life happens, we all know how it is.

-If you're a douchebag, I don't care how good you are, you're out. One-for-all may be a game mode, but it isn't how you build a team. One player doesn't make the entire team good. It helps, but unless you can create 4 other people out of your self, and competently play every roll at once. Then I suggest not being a douchebag.

-Patience is something I'm looking for as well. Seeing as I've never really done this before, there will be things that aren't done the best way possible simply because We or I or whoever, doesn't know how. Not knowing doesn't make you a fool, only as long as you don't act like you know everything. We live, we learn, we grow as a team. I can't stress that enough.

Any other information you feel you can/should add : Ranked really low in preseason cuz spamming some newer champs for me (bard/quinn) that I cant seem to get down. I'm not a total bronze newbie :)

Primary role: Support

Additional roles (NA bit I can fill if absolutely needed)

Ever been on a 5's team?: Yes

Goals: to provide a solid form of engage-disengage for the team with my tanky champ pool

Strong points: very good at engaging with characters such as nautilus, incredibly cautious yet still able to get the team kills (I generally average around 15-25 assists and 1-3 deaths each game), I play the game smart and I try not to go super ham unless I know I will succeed, my champ pool is also pretty cohesive with most ADCs, solid with my skill shots and great at protecting my adc.

Weak points: If I get angry (which I do very very rarely these days) I tilt, I'm also not the best at working with ADCs that have no sense of self-preservation (I.E. lots of diving under tower)

Comfort shotcalling: early game = 7-8 late game = 4-5

reasons for trying out: I want to make new friends and play league on a team!
