I am C3ree a former pro player, and currently a pro coach and I have created Irreversible Impact for one goal, To make good players amazing players. I lead a strong team with DIamond III+ players. We play in some events with our goal to get to challenger at the start of the season. The team is sponsored and we are working towards huge goals. To join this team you must be able to be coached and have strong team skills. This team is not for everyone. We have one goal. To improve and become the best.

This is the team for you if you want to grow as a player, regardless of your rank you can get better an improve. Irreversible Impact is the home for that. Me and my coaching staff are extremely talented at developing talent. I have worked with so many LCS/CS players for the past 4 years, and these players have gone on to be stars. We are very interested in the highly motivated player.

In our team is also a motivational salary. You can work towards goals with the team and get nice cash on the side.

We have an extremely strong roster, and are aiming for challenger series.

I have led made many different variations of this team, and most the players end up going pro or go to challenger with my help. This team does have a goal to stay together for a long time instead of disbanding (I had to disband my past challenger team due to personal reasons)

This teams current goal is to get challenger and keep climbing to the top. As part of the team you are here to be in the long haul. This is the best team if you want a serious team enviroment.

I have my personal teams of analysts and we have had LCS/CS experience.

If so why leave: Why would you like to join the team: I am an extremely dedicated and serious LoL player. I am one of those people that take it as serious as any competitive sport, but am completely mature about team communication, etc. I talk a lot in game to keep up information. I reactive shotcall and proactive shotcall depending on the situation. P.S. I know I am only Diamond 5 and I hate to deliberately go against your requirements, but I feel that I could be a good fit regardless. I'm not going to be one of those people that says, "solo que doesnt matter I can beat high diamonds." I play against high diamond and master tiers frequently so I can say I know what it is like at that level and it doesn't scare nor bother me. I like the challenge, I embrace it. In the end it is your decision of course, but I would hate to miss an opportunity that I feel would be perfect for me. Sorry for long reply, thank you for reading it through. Ever been coached: Not 1 on 1, but always finding new guides and videos. As well as watching professional play and trying to pick up through observation.
