Looking for a ranked 5s team to pick me up (Top laner)

I am currently Silver 3 and climbing, looking for a ranked 5 team, preferably in at least silver, to pick me up if you need a top or mid laner. These are the champs I currently play and am still gonna expand my champion pool from here, I mean Yasuo can only get you so far in this ladder.
