Freya eSports Renegades is looking for a coach!`

I manage a team of plats and diamonds. At first I tried to be the coach, but I simply don't have the expertise to coach anything but mechanics.

We're looking for a Gold III or higher player to help improve the team.

-We're part of the Freya Esports community at the above link

-The team did not lose a single placement. In fact they have lost only 1 out of 8 games played.

-They have wonderful initiative. On one of the two weekly nights off, they STILL got together and practiced.

-Everyone on the team takes constructive criticism well, and does not flame/rage/etc. They are all respectful in what they do.

We plan on entering amatuer tournaments in the near future.

We practice 5 nights a week (Thursday is the only gaurenteed night off, the other depends on RL events), from 7-10 PM EST. I had found another coach, but he has not been online since after telling me the schedule would work for him.

I do not like attendance issues. If you commit to being my coach, you WILL be on time and present, or you will not coach us.
