Good players vary. Its easy to be fooled by history. Even if they have good scores, it doesn't mean they know how to work together as a team. There are times when a 2 for 1 is dire and those who are so called good will leave anyone to saved their own hide. I fight with faith in everyone I fight with, and if they engage I try to see their wishes through in the right circumstances. I dont go by the score I go by actually playing with the person. Chemistry with your teammates is more important to me.

If you have to go by score, I think the chances that he/she is a great teamworker is really high. Its a high chance that this player makes alot of sacrifices for the sake of his team. If this is their way of playing id love to be on their team.
