Gold Support LF Team/Duo - Serious

Hello, I am looking for a team preferably (or duo) to play ranked I main support. I typically play Braum, thresh, nami, lulu and sometimes sona. I am currently ranked at Gold V and have played mostly solo que or with a friend whos silver, but I'm looking for something a little more serious and to improve my individual play.
