LF> Duo Support Gold/Silver rank Main: any> Lulu/Nami/Braum

I'm looking for a main support to practice and climb with. Someone who's free most of the time to spam games. Preferable champions are Name, Lulu, and Braum. I'm a twitch one trick so you'd rarely see me playing something else. Always looking to improve gameplay is a must requirement too. I peaked G1 last season right now I'm kinda stuck in Silver.
