[LFM] Two previous gold/plat players looking to form ranked 5's team

A little background: I was a plat IV or III in season 3 and my friend was a gold II (though he plays at a level that's probably at least plat for his preferred roles- just didn't grind as many games). We've both been on various ranked 5's teams throughout the last 5 years but none of them have ever been competitive at all- just friends trolling around. Due to an inability to ever successfully schedule weekly practice times everyone could agree on we decided to go to the boards to seek a larger base. I main jungles and bot laners. He mains top and bot laners. On our previous team we were the duo bot though both of us are able to play all roles at at least a gold level and can adjust accordingly.

We're looking for like-minded individuals for competitive ranked 5's. Here's the qualifications: -We're not necessarily seeking people who have reached master or challenger tiers (though it's great if you have) but at least gold in the current or previous seasons with over 100 ranked games in that season. -Applicants should be able to play at least a dozen or so champions competently and be able to adjust across 3 of the 5 roles since switching around the roles will probably happen a lot while we figure out our chemistry. -Ragers, racists, name callers and the emotionally unsound need not apply. A large part of our previous team breaking up was internal conflicts. If you're not able to discuss strategy, decision making, and play calls in a civil and rational manner we don't want you (and honestly neither does most of the league community). All groups will have disagreements but working through them is what separates collections of individuals from an actual team. -Check your ego at the door, everyone can improve )and ranked 5's is much more about coordinated efforts versus the hard carrying of solo queue). -Must be able to commit to at least one weekly ranked 5's practice time or possibly 2 shorter ones (about 3-4 hrs total). Weekday nights are most probable. -Must be able to join us for group chat in game via curse chat and possibly ventrilo.
