Maximum Risk: Looking for 4 players around silver elo
Hello all summoners!
Today will mark the start of Maximum Risk. It's simple. I'm looking for 4 other players, and possibly some subs, coaches, etc., in the future.
For now, I will be looking for 4 people who match a few criteria.

First and foremost, please be humble and please be chill. Two simple things, but if you can describe yourself with those two adjectives then it makes for a much better team environment. People actually want to play with you.

I am est and tend to play at night. A good portion of the time I start playing during the day and finish at 2 or 3am. But some nights I may start at 10pm/11pm

Be willing to listen to shot calling without arguing even if it you don't think it's the right call. A bad call with everyone involved is better than if we aren't all together.

Communicate. We all bought mics for a reason.

Tilting happens. Don't drag the team down. Find ways to settle yourself for the next game.

Don't blame others for your mistakes. You could've done something differently. Every single time. No matter what. There was something you could have done different.
Tryouts may take several days. I will be playing multiple games with a lot of people over the few days, so do not despair if you do not hear something right away. I'm looking for the right people, maybe not the best people.
