Hi there!

I'm Chaplin and I'm the manager for the newly created team called Team Dreamstate (TDS).

About Team Dreamstate

Team Dreamstate (TDS) is a newly created team that is now looking to put together a League of Legends roster. Our immediate plan for the team is to sign them up in different leagues in the amateur scene where they will gain experience with competative League of Legends before we consider taking it one step further.

What we want from our players

We're looking for players that are interested in taking their league of legends a bit more seriously. You need to be able to play atleast 3-4 hours or so 3 days a week from 6-7pm EST. We're not interested in players that are unable to take contructive critisism, has a toxic attitude towards team members or staff or has an elitist attitude. We want players that understand that the team needs time together and won't leave as soon as we hit a rough patch.

Keeping everyone proactive, ability to go over mistakes postgame to improve. Weakest asset: I can get frustrated when getting blamed for a loss, specifically when it involves solo-laner deaths. Your goals as a player: I want to improve and hit Master in the next season or so. I previously hit Diamond in both solo and ranked 5s last season so if that was brought back that would be another area. Why do you want to join TDS?

  • I played on my college team the past two seasons and the amount of growth skill wise that I saw was ridiculous. I also find that playing with a full team of players with the same competitive drive is addicting and can make for some really great memories.

IGN: MEMEME670 Role: Support Current rank: D3 Season 5 rank: D2 Timezone: PST When are you able to play: Whenever, literally. Strongest asset: Consistency with an extremely wide champion pool. Weakest asset: Not 100% sure, but it would either be something that is only really expressed in Teams, or perhaps very early lane phase with certain supports (generally tank supports.) Your goals as a player: To become as good as possible, and preferably go pro if at all possible. Why do you want to join TDS? I find a team environment highly preferable, and much easier to improve in.

Strongest asset: I'm a good shot caller. I'm very knowledgeable concerning the game. I have good map awareness.

Weakest asset: I can tunnel vision rather hard. I occasionally disagree with calls, and I bring it up in game when it's better left for afterwards. I feel I also lack when it comes to mechanical play.

Your goals as a player: I'd like to see the same explosive growth I saw when I first started playing competitively. I went from Silver IV - D5 promos. I'd also like to dedicate more time to League of Legends.

Why do you want to join TDS? I'd like to be apart of organized play.

Weakest asset: Sometimes I am a bit overaggressive and get killed due to my stupidity and sometimes don't make the best teleport plays

Your goals as a player: To improve my knowledge of late game macroplay and overall map pressure using teleport to improve and make it in the big leagues (The dream is LCS)

Why do you want to join TDS? I have been apart of several ranked teams before that have all fallen apart due to complete lack of any management. Hopefully TDS will be better and hopefully has a good, constructive environment without toxicity unlike any of my previous teams.

Worked with Chaplin a while back (it's been a while), and while we didn't 100% see eye to eye, I can confirm this is a group worth working with.
