LF for high Silver low gold ranked team

Currently ranked in Silver 2 usually a casual player but serious when playing ranked id really like to improve on my gameplay and style i can take the criticism and i want to get better i main support ( ) and mid ( ) but i usually just fill cuz i guess im more useful that way can download curse if needed but skype is cool too if interested please let me know asap
