I need help getting to gold in ranked flex

Hello all,

I am currently silver 1 in flex ranked, last season i was also silver 1 in solo/duo, so i know a fair bit of what to do. The problem is even when we get masters, diamonds, plats we still lose, i know flex is the ranked mode that people dont really care about but i do, especially since i have a goal to get to gold on there. I need players who can actually hold their own as i know how to hold mine, and willing to go far and beyond to help me. I will repay the favour if my skills can help get you to your own goal, and if not i can be a good friend :). So thank you in advance to those who step forward, i cant tell you how much it'll mean to me to get to gold.
