Gay Silver 4 Mid/ADC Looking for LGBT friendly friends and a team

I'm Silver 4, Main ADC/Mid and was hoping to start a silver team that can practice together and move into the Gold and Plat range- I ask that they be LGBT friendly because I've had bad experiences with randoms. I'm Willing to try other roles IF you're patient with my learning curve in other roles (top/jungle) I was Gold 1 season 3 (assassin mages) So maybe add me and play some? :)
