LF Duo bot lane and a Jun for team pref Gold+ but will tryout lower ranks

I've been apart of several teams that don't last and I'm looking to create a team that is serious about playing together and learning the game. I would appreciate if you fill out the application below and i will check your account out personally and add u if u warrant a tryout. I'm not looking for the best mechanical players as that is something that everybody has to constantly improve but there is a curve u need to have achieved. I will require that anybody filing this out needs to be vocal and not just quite bc they are shy im looking for a lot of communication as that will help us grow together even more, also players that aren't gonna get discouraged bc of a couple of losses or bad days.
