Looking for Mid Lane Sub (potential starter) for Competitive League Team (Plat-Diamond 5)

Hi! I'm Pushup, from Tidal Gaming, a Gold-Plat-Diamond team in a competitive LCS-style league.

We're currently looking for a mid lane sub (Plat to Diamond 5) since our starting midlaner has had some scheduling issues recently. As of now we're just looking for someone to play in scrims with us and show up on game days for pregame strategy discussions - however, there may be a few opportunities to start in the coming weeks.

In our league, we play a Best of Two every weekend against a different team, and we're in line to make the playoffs in a few weeks as well. We are looking for someone available on weekends from 4-10pm EST, and after 8pm EST on weekdays. Availability is a HUGE priority for us - we expect our players to communicate their schedules and show up when needed.

That said, if you're posting I'll assume you are on board with the times stated above, as well as have access to Teamspeak, Discord, and a mic. We are looking for mid lane mains, not people who play mid occasionally or only have a few picks. A deep champ pool and proficiency on multiple picks is vital.

There will almost certainly be "tryout" period of multiple games (we have until Thursday to field our roster for the next match), so don't expect to play one game and be handed the spot. Also realize - the plays you make are important, but we value game knowledge and team cohesion far more highly than mechanical ability. If you want to impress, show us that you understand objective play, follow calls, and can communicate with your teammates - these things are just as important (if not more so) than your kda.
