Highly Experienced Player LF Team. Currently Platinum on smurf (Main Banned)

Been playing this game off and on since beta. Main account was banned (was Diamond) and I leveled my smurf from Silver IV to Platinum in about a month. Decided there wasn't enough time to grind out to Diamond again on smurf until season end, so I wanted to start looking for a serious team to join. My main champs are:

Support: Leona, Lux

Mid: Lux, Swain, Cho'gath

Top: Nasus, Renekton, Garen

Jungle: Kha, Amumu, J4,

ADC: Varus

My Leona is best at about high Diamond level. I have been a sub for teams in the past because I am good pretty much anywhere with the champs listed. My ADC role is a little lacking as Varus is not a top ADC pick atm. Of course these are not the only champs I can play only the ones competitive enough for high ranking teams.
