<SKCR> Skill Over Counter - Looking for players! (Silver/Gold)

Hello Summoners,

Skill Over Counter is looking for new players to join our roster, we would prefer players who are at least Silver or above. Our team's goal is to make it to the point where we are comfortable enough to play in weekly online tournaments. Also, practices will be scheduled around the players open time, make sure you submit the information needed when told to.

Schedule Setup: Each week the team schedule will change due to players having being busy. That being said, it is necessary for players to submit the times that they are open as well as the times are not. (Weekly) **Players who miss three practices within two weeks will be dismissed from the team. **

Communication: First we will be using Curse Voice, as it will help players learn to recognize the voices of their team mates. Once the players have gotten used to each others voices, we will more than likely move on to using Raidcall.

Criticism/Looking back at the game: Criticism should be kept at an all time low while in-game, excluding the occasional (That was bad, You shouldn't have done that, etc.) After the game we will talk over what we noticed went wrong and what we could've improved on. (Games will also be recorded using op.gg)
