Introduction: As you can see my IGN is TheDovahKiing, but my real name is Garrett. I'm 17 and reside on the east coast. My goal is to create a team competent of making it big some day. I do not plan to play on the team other than the occasional substitutions that will need to take place. That being said.. All positions are open. My job will be to keep everything organized as far as scrimmages, practices, meetings, tournaments, advertising and so on.

Each role needs to filled and we will also need 2-3 substitutes.

Availability: I'm only looking for reliable people, which in this case are people who can show up to practice and team events consistently and on time. I prefer you live on the East coast, but if you have an open schedule I'd be more than happy to work with you. I plan to have most of our days start around 4 p.m. and end at various times. While most days wills be practice, review or game days, I plan to make one set day of the week a resting day or normals day, whichever you would prefer. Consistently practicing is really important, but I completely understand the need for a break, and time to just hang out. The biggest thing is just... BE AVAILABLE. If you have a full time job, unfortunately, this team is probably not for you.

Practice: The practice schedule will be molded around the team as a whole and what suits the team best. Although I plan on having each day start around 4 p.m. we can plan to end on different times. For example if one or more players have to leave at a particular time regularly on a certain day we can work around that. The rest day will be up to the team to decide on any one particular week day to be the official rest day.

Scrimmages: I plan to have weekly scrimmages, against various teams, for the sake of good practice. I currently have one scrimmage game lined up for next Monday if everyone is good to go by then. We will hopefully be getting into ranked by the end of this week or the beginning of next week, possibly later depending on the needs of the team.

Before I forget to mention, the team name is undecided and I'll let that up to a vote within the team.

So overall, what I'm looking for is players dedicated to making this a great team. Players who show up to to team practices and meetings consistently and on time. Also players will have to prove there capability to perform at a higher level. I'm looking for gold to platinum players, but if there are any high elo players looking for a solid team you're more than welcome to join us.
