Plat 3 Support main looking to form/join a dedicated 5v5s team

Am I diamond worthy/skilled support player? I have been told so by many of the adc's I have supported. Why am I not diamond? No valid excuse, nor am I going to blame ''elo hell'', however I have been ditched by my adc duo partner once they reached Diamond 5, where I peaked at Plat 2 100 LP but then I was resorted to solo q which I didn't enjoy and then loosing streaks got me demotivated, which resorted in disgusting amounts of aram games (check my profile) Am I good? Only real way to find out is to play with me and yell at me if I suck really. Have my own fair share of organizing a team of 5 people, however all attempts ended the same, after few days no one would be playing, so I'm more eager to join an already set up team as oppose to trying to set one up.
