Looking to build a serious team

Hi, me and a friend are looking to build a team while I lvl up to ranked, I'm 18 he is 17 and we have a pretty flexible schedule, we both live in Arizona so mountain standard time, I'm currently lvl 23 and he is lvl 30 and we are looking to get into ranked when I get there, also, I'm maining jungle and he is pretty flexible still deciding what he wants to main, so let me know if you are interested.
