Bronze 3 Scrub Looking for some Coaching

I've been in Bronze for a while and every time I climb, I tend to drop back down to where I was or lower by then end of the night. I've been watching LCS videos, Twitch streams, and League tips on youtube, but it seems that no matter what I do to try to improve, I keep losing LP. My Gold friends are always telling me that I don't deserve to be as low a rank as I am right now; so if anyone is out there willing to help my cry for help, please contact me.
