plat 5 adc looking for serious team

Im a currently plat 5 bot lane main, meaning i play support and adc at a high level. im looking for a serious team that wants to improve together and eventually enter tournaments and leagues and stuff. Im looking for a team that has at least one coach and likes to go over their mistakes after games as a team to learn what they did wrong. Vod analysis and voip is an absolute must. I have tons of 5's experience in this game and others. I peaked D5 last season. Add me in game.
