Looking For A Committed Ranked 5's Team

I'm looking for a fairly serious ranked team to join, one that plays consistently and is active. I'm a support main who is currently Silver 3 in ranked solo queue. Supporting is really all I do, it's the only role I play and I know the role and its requirements like the back of my hand. I may be Silver 3 but I can play on any team where the skill range is Gold 1 or below.
