Making a team Bronze-Gold

Hello I am Stro02, I am a mid lane main. I am looking to create a serious team that will play more than one day. I would like to have a practice schedule, scrims, and tournaments all setup as a team. The roles that I would need to make the team are Top, Jungle, ADC, Supp, 1-2 subs, and a coach. Will edit on what roles are open as soon as they are taken! Thanks!

Weaknesses - I tend to be a bit passive compared to some adc's if I feel I'm at a slight disadvantage, may falter. I take the game very seriously as an esport. I am very coachable and i'm willing to do whatever it takes to improve. Weaknesses - Cs under tower but this can be solved with a decent support.
