[NA][S][LF Plat III+ Jungle Top ADC][Ranked 5's and Tournaments]

Hey guys! I'm the Mid laner for Obsession Esports Black. Obsession Black is apart of Obsession Esports which has 3 established teams with 2 more teams in the process of being established. We are holding tryouts for Black team tomorrow at 5 PST or 8 EST. We would like it if you were online and ready to talk at least 30 mins before we start the tryouts.

Top: From the Top lane we are looking for someone that knows the matchups well, calls tp's and other timers, overall game knowledge and knows how to adapt to the meta.

Jungle: From the jungle YOU MUST be able to shot call, me and the support will help but you will be the main voice, you must also know the jungle matchups and overall the jungle roles in general you will also need to have good map sense and be vocal.

ADC: From the ADC role we are looking for someone that knows the matchups, and can be flexible with the team.

1. Every person on the team will commit to practicing on the days that are designated on the schedule.

2. I expect discipline being actively exercised as well as an accepting attitude that is pivotal for personal growth.

3. An important aspect of any team that has had success is the structure that that team is founded on. As such things are, the Head Coach will maintain the final say in any matter, any and all staff members will have their say over any player, and as a player, your expected duties are to enact upon the coaching staffs directions.

4. Respect. Respect is earned and the way it is earned is through hard work for a cause. Each one of the staff members puts in hours of work on scouting opponents as well as watching multiple professional scenes and amateur scenes to maintain a firm grip on the meta while mimicking various scenes and adding personality twists that will fit our team better. Respect for the staff goes without say but respect for fellow teammates and maintaining a humble demeanor while being criticized is detrimental for growth. Criticism should be used to fire you up, not to burn you down.

You MUST be willing to take criticism good or bad while also not "Tilting" after one bad lose. I will be looking for SERIOUS PEOPLE ONLY. If you are not wiling to stay dedicated to the team and looking to fix issues or maybe leave after 1 problem DO NOT WRITE IN THIS POST.
