Looking for Top lane and mid lane/adc for serious ranked 5's team

As the title said looking for a reliable top laner and mid lane or adc that are willing to work with our core of 3 on improving and ranking up. Biggest factor as of right now is time that you can be on, everyone is on by 8 eastern and looking for a couple people that will be on for a few games when we get on, either same time zone or same schedule. I'll be on later tonight to talk about what we need and hopefully play some tryout games. So if your interested fill out the following and I'll add you.
