Supp main in BV (sadly) looking for a serious team that can get me the H*** out of bronze

I have been playing LoL for about 4 years now and have been in and out of bronze even as high as promos in S1 but sadly when the new season started i completed my Provisional matches going 8-2 and for some reason I was pulled down into the succubus that is B5 so, if there are any other mistakenly placed bronze players out there that would like a serious support then don't hesitate to message me. I am a pretty avid player but sadly there is a life outside of LoL so there may be some weeks where i can only be on 2 days at a time. But PLEASE for the love of all that may or may not be holy (your preference lol) help me help you help the world climb out of the pit of depression that is BRONZE
