Plat Level Jgl/Supp Main Looking for Team

Hey Guys, Looking for a Serious Ranked Team to Hopefully stick together through Season 6. I mained Jungle in Season 4, and Support in season 5. I play both extremely well; and have played both roles on multiple plat-diamond level teams. My elo is currently Gold 4 due to my brother playing on my account while I've been working holidays hours. I was in plat promos at the end of this season, but due to work, was unable to continue.

I'm looking to join a team that's already semi-established. Available After 7 EST During the week, and after 4 on weekends.

I have played almost exclusively with diamonds/high plat level people. I Will not waste time on teams that I don't think are good enough. Gold+
