Looking for duo partner or felx team to climb out of bronze

Been playing for 2 years now and i understand the game mechanics well. Been stuck in bronze and i feel like i simply need some better team cooperation to get out. i can Support, Mid, and ADC very well, and am alright top lane. jg is my weak spot. I have almost every champion unlocked. Cooperative, friendly, and team-play oriented. Online very frequently
