In need of a Duo partner bronze Real Deal Climb out of bronze reach Gold? Rewards!

I am looking for someone who is consistently on knows how to play any role good and stay focused on winning the game not chasing team fights. Needs to be mature at least age 17+, On pretty much everyday, calls mias, does not use cheap champs (teemo, master yi, garen etc.) has good map awareness and good ward placement. Should have a good profile with a good match history reputation (no afks, 2-20 KDAs unless were supp, cheap champs) Im serious about this thats why i am looking for these things i want players that learn mechanics of hard champs and try to master them that shows me you are determined. I have any voice comms (curse, skype etc) if you want to use those we can. I can play any role but i prefer a role that i can push towers to win even if team doesnt listen i can still push and sometimes end up carrying to victory. Has to be a player that can play alot not here and there one day on next 3 days off, im trying to climb and if you cant play then I'll keep looking for another partner. Need to do well under pressure like team fights know who to focus. I try not to blame my team cause that usually ends up in "I'll just feed, stay at base, report you, go afk etc." So keep a positive attitude and we'll get through this and make it to gold by the end of the season!

Now for roles You must know every role (because its ranked) so please have a good set of runes pages, masteries, and champion selection. I play almost any role usually I play support because i know i can play a good supp so even if the adc is bad i do most of the work so even bad adcs can get fed, the way i look at it is why go in a lane that im good at then have the rest of the team throw because of one bad play in bot lane or whatever. That way i can eliminate that problem because alot of people dont like the role of support so they tend to not know how to play supp or build supp then end up losing lane. Anyway like i said this is going to be a hard journey but i want to have company on this road to Gold. Any questions concerns comments leave them below.
