however I can play any support required, and have the main mechanics down for each, I am also willing to practice or learn new champions in solo que.

Do you have 5's experience: I have been on multiple 5's, ranging from bronze to gold.
Can you follow a shot call: Absolutely, if there isn't a shot caller, there isn't solid teamwork.
What you can Bring to a Team: A calm attitude, with constructive criticism and a strong will too grow as a individual and a team player.
Strengths: Good mechanically with my champion pool, and know how to roam and ward effectively.
Weakness: Can be put on tilt easy if flamed at.

Solo Que rank (This Season and Last Season): Current Gold IV and climbing, last season max was Gold I, ended Gold V due to inactivity.
Do you have 5's experience: I played a few collegiate series games when I was in school, but we never really had any practice.
Can you follow a shot call: Yes. I have a long history with competitive gaming, mostly WoW and SOCOM II, but I have good reflexes and game sense to follow calls.
What you can Bring to a Team: I bring a strong mechanical and strategical mindset. I have played every role and own every champion and am always learning more about the game.
Strengths: Catching, vision/objective control, peeling, kiting, initiating.
Weakness: I sometimes play aggressively which can affect solo q games in a negative way. I am working on transitioning into a more reactive playstyle, waiting for mistakes and capitalizing on powerspikes etc. I also have little experience with being on League team so I can imagine my communication could use some work.
