Serious 5v5 Team (Open)

I'm posting this forum to recruit a SERIOUS 5 person team who want to work together up until good ranks. Serious =

1. Ready to change style of play and play roles and champs you aren't good at so you can get better.
2. Growing as a team and accepting others opinions and not raging.
3. Plays league at least twice a week or so.
4. Understands that a team means a team, and that we are all people.
5. Ready to use or learn how to use Skype/curse/Steam or some kind of voice chat (whatever the majority of the team wants to use) . . . [Side notes] I understand some people have a hard time raging in league, but this isn't the team for it. This is for the people who have been goggling and searching for ways to get higher and better in league.

While i want Serious players I'm not looking for good players. I'm looking to grow and learn how to play league better and better with a solid team of friends. [Side notes end] . . . If you want to join and grow together just friend me and talk about it. (I'm not going to create the ranked team until we have two players who aren't me ready to play in ranked teams so we can keep whatever name we decide on)
