Looking for bronze/silver ranked team

I main Kata and wreck face with her and i have one main in every other lane beside jng. I'm looking for an active team that helps me get out of bronze (just be clear im not bad, kids just be like "I go mid/top/adc or troll/feed"). I'm not looking for a huge community just a small group im already in Chaos Vanguard(awesome people and group btw) but i dont really have any set group or people who ive become accustomed with playstyle and personality. I only speak english. I have ts.

Name is matthewo009 and Strych1n3 in game.
