Hey we are looking for someone to run and start a silver-gold team for our gaming community. We are Zero-Fear Gaming (ZFG) and I was wondering if you wouldn't mind joining and create your ranked team in our team speak. Strengths: My biggest strength is experience in my role. I've been maining ADC since about halfway through season 4. Just last season I played 980~ ranked games, 800~ of which were ADC games. I know what lanes to be scared of, what lanes I should be able to bully, as well as most bot lane / support champions power spikes. http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/34790332#ranked-stats here you can see both this season and last seasons stats.

Weaknesses: Shotcalling,Once laning phase ends I do not want to be the primary shotcaller. As well as in games where it seems like the enemy team is romaing bottom every 2 minutes and we're fighting constantly I let my cs slip lower than I should.
