[LFM] Ranked team recruitment (Silver +)

If you're interested, we need a Top MAIN

There are certain aspects we are looking for in players before selecting you. We are looking for ambitious people who wont stray from their goals quickly. Here is a list of some of what we are looking for in players;

• Team player
• Ambitious, goal oriented, driven personality
• Confidence, but not overconfidence
• Reasonable, understand that you are not perfect and have room to improve
• Organized, excellent time management
• Responsible, don't be late to practice
• Be involved
• Have a headset, Skype installed and ready to practice
• Be ready to commit more than 4+ hours of practice.

Rules:
1. No Raging We do not tolerate raging. If you do, you will be kicked out of the team instantly with no warning. The occasional "Damn it!" is fine but no excessive raging.

2. Be willing to learn from your mistakes Everyone makes mistakes, don't worry about it. If you don't know something, don't be afraid to ask. Ranked 5's will be a learning experience for the whole team.

3. Age We do have an age limit, which is 16+. You may apply if you're 15+, if you're mature enough we will take you on the team.

4. Have fun Even though we are a serious team, we like to joke around and have fun. If having fun isn't your style, then this team probably isn't for you.
