Looking for a ranked team willing to fill

I want to play on a team with people who may not be good at the game now but want to get better at the game and improve. i can play any role. My best Role is Top followed by jungle, mid and support i am even in and adc is by far my worst but im not horrible, i can preform the basics. the only thing i require is that the team has some form of voice chat id prefer curse but i have discord team speak and a few others.
