LFG A Normal Draft Pick Squad until we all get Ranked

I wanna get a good solid team together for normal draft pick play so that when we all do arrive into ranked, well have past chemistry and experiences with each other. Looking to be serious, creating a team soon, aka changing username on LoL. Must use curse voice and gets on at nights on a daily schedule with flexible plans. Would be interesting to get a nice solid team together for ranked that way we wont be as bad.
