You can't duo with anything lower than Plat.
I can I finished the season in gold 1 because of the decay, just lolking's record has the pre-decay ranking stored not the post decay ranking, also since when does the rank matter in team 5s?

i was p5 last season (soft reset put me back to gold 3) if you need a support HMU
