Creating Serious Ranked 5s Team (top, adc, support, jg)

Looking to create a very active team that has practice time and play many games! We will set a time for when we will be playing after we all talk and play a few games to make sure everyone is mature. PLEASE if you rage or blame others and cant own up to YOUR mistakes dont even bother to add me! This team will be about learning and getting better. I am silver 4 and I personally would like to have Silver plus but my mind can be changed base on the amount of champ experience i see on your champs!
