The team I manage is currently looking for a Coach.

Require a lil' of information about of the team?, Good. We're a Semi-profesional team with 5 challengers players on Latam server and actually diamond 5 in na. The team Itself is dedicated. They Got 3rd place 3 times in Go4lol, and actually we're looking to reach "Copa latam" (that's like a LCS on Latin america). This means that we’re only looking for the best possible Coach, someone that can help the team improve and grow.

*Each applicant must apply over the forums. Please, DO NOT ADD ME. If I feel you are a ‘Head Coach’. I’ll contact you.

IGN: Seppuku UK (EUW) Do you have any experience in said position?: I have experience helping 3 organisations out, 1 being a big up and coming team and 1 being a very established team. Also have experience in solo coaching, I coached a played from Gold 2 to Low/Mid Masrer tier then got him onto one of the teams I "free lance" coached.

Age?: 22 Current Rank?: Mid Platinum.

I believe when coaching a team you need to come off as a authority figure yet still be approachable, being passionate but down to earth. Also if you can not stay unbiased then coaching is not the role for that person. In short yes I'm level header and am more then able to settle disputes having experience in this in my real life job.

I've played since the start of open beta, winning some very early Go4Lols, attending 3 lans within a sponsored team, and have previously coached much higher players then myself due to my knowledge.

I can help players on a individual level, pointing out what they are doing wrong, what they need to be doing and all things surrounding this area. Saying that I would need to be in contact with the Annalist as individual growth is more on his side. As a coach I excel at keeping players in line, bringing teams together and working on team work, very good at giving feedback to the players and most importantly In every team I have ever been involved with I have made sure our communication is top notch.

Firstly I would make sure nobody has any issues within the team, I would listen to each player making notes on a ONE ON ONE chat then look over my notes and speak to other staff to see how we can make the players happier. The biggest thing I can do for any team is drill into the heads of the players the importance of communication and can help them work on it to bring them to a level I expect of a team I coach.

IGN: DAMN ITS TARIC Do you have any experience in said position?:

Yes I speak spanish and english also i know alba and the pvore organization. I was the coach of the best Venezuela team in DOTA 2 went into professional also worked with pvore in dota 2 I've been coaching succesfull teams for over 3 years. I started playing LoL them switched to DOTA as Manager/Coach.

Questions Age?:23 Current Rank?:

Went Platinium 3 in Season 3 them i stopped playing Do you come off as a level-headed authority figure? This requires settling disputes in a non-biased manner: As i said before i have experience coaching semi and proffesional teams also i worked with a Latam team but they werent active enought so we fired their rooster and we never came back into LoL (The organization i worked with was Net Gaming LA) Also they were challengers.

Do you have basic knowledge of League of Legends?: I play since S2 I have experience in coaching and i know the proffesional ambit (online and LAN)

Can you help players grow in their position?: Yes since i played all the positions starting from ADC to SUPPORT I know everysingle position also im very dedicated and i follow every single players from customs to rankeds. In every aspect we can improve we will.

If you got this position. How would you improve the team itself?:

Dedication, hard work and positive mentality. If seen teams fall down because they lose or they cant handle the pressure of tournaments. If seen players who cant handle the LAN pressure Its all about mentality and hard work. We need goals and we have to work for them. If you want to be a proffesional you need to be active, dedicated and work as a team.

Feel free to add me or contact me. Im down for tryouts. Skype: @Kotto Fb: www.facebook.com/KottoCast IGN: DAMN ITS TARIC
