Short term: I'm interested in a rank team for getting rewards. I want some level of planning (I at least want team comps to be planned).

Long term: I am also interested in a ranked team for season 5. I really prefer more organized play and have a very team oriented play style and mind set. I'd like to be part of a team that prepares, works together, and is looking to improve over an extended period of time. I don't mind giving/taking criticism and following calls.
