Looking for a coach

I'm currently the starting support on a CSL team that competes once a week on Saturday's around 3pm against various teams from other schools/states. We have 2 diamond players and 3 mid platinum players. we are looking for someone preferably d4+ with some form of experience in coaching to review our games with us after they are over, and discuss what went wrong where things to improve etc. it will be nice to have someone unbaist who knows what they are talking about to help us discuss warding our mistakes in lane tracking the jungles etc. also it would be helpful to have someone separate from the team who is able to talk one on one with me and the other players about their mistakes and what to work on without them feeling like they are being attacked or anything.
