Diamond Tourny team looking for Diamond+ Mid Laner

Before anyone asks I am the manager for this all diamond tourny team and we are looking for a Mid Laner to stay with the team and be able to hold his/her own in lane. We are looking for a player that is able to communicate effectively in the game, attend all the practice times we have established and most of all, have the desire to win. Our practice times at this moment is Monday, Tuesday(or Wednesday), Thursday – 6pm EST though this is subject to change. If you can't make the practice time don't even bother applying.
