Looking for Plat/Diamond Duo for next season(would like to play during preseason)

I peaked at plat 2 this season, I played almost everything, trying to focus on Jungle next season while having a few picks for each role next season. If I found a good adc I wouldn't mind playing Support. I want to find someone positive, who is able to play games on a daily basis, even if it is just one or two. I am not looking to carry, or get carried. I want someone who is good at their role, and is willing to "tryhard." I would like to use skype, or at least some sort of voice communication, but yet again looking for someone positive. Preferably above the age of 18, nothing against younger people, but school/parents tend to interfere.

In short, looking for someone to push upper diamond with, who is positive, will use voice communication, and is mechanically good at the game.
